周杰倫（周董）以《哎呦，不錯哦》入圍金曲獎最佳國語專輯、專輯製作人２項個人獎，以及最佳專輯包裝獎，過往很在意金曲成績的他，昨說：「拿到『門票』很開心，會參加典禮。」與當年相比，更為成熟大氣。
在金曲歌王項目，評審第３輪投票時，他遭張學友擠下未能入圍，他笑說：「可以跟歌神在最後一輪被討論，很『蘇湖』，蘇州的蘇，湖水的湖喔！」也安慰張學友不要在意名次，「跟我一樣，當成遊戲就好。」
他過去曾寫歌罵金曲獎，但得過兩屆歌王後已變得豁達，「還是會不解〈鞋子特大號〉MV怎麼沒入圍，但沒關係，拿到門票比較重要。」針對蔡依林入圍９項獨缺歌后，他表示：「她拿過了啊！」要她也別在意，還自嘲說：「她有９張門票，我只有２張耶！」
